OPERATION BAIL OUT

Everyday an average of over 500,000 people sit in local jails and are separated from their families, lose their jobs, and sometimes their homes because they cannot afford to pay bail. Over $9 billion is wasted to incarcerate people who have not been convicted of a crime.

Thank you to all who purchased Bail Out Bucks and supported the Operation Bail Out initiative. Due to your generosity the donations totaled over

$13,000.00

and to date we have bailed out 15 people. This initiative will continue until the funds are all used. Thank you to the Richmond City Sheriff's Office and several local Bail Bond Agencies that partnered with us.

Thank you to all who took part in Junerosity * CARITAS * Maximize Your Health Week * Graduate, HBCU & United Negro College Fund Sunday * Annual Health Fair * PHEN, PSA Screening, and Daddy’s Boy Play * Service to Our Seniors Minor Home Repairs * Beyond the Walls * Fish and Loaves * Exodus Prison Ministry.

We are grateful for you!

We believe that we are “called to care” for one another and ultimately for God’s entire creation. We believe it is our responsibility to “find needs and meet them, find problems and solve them, find hurts and heal them – to touch the world with love.” We desire that every member makes a commitment to care by:

• Humbly seeking to serve God and others more than being served
• Praying for Saint Paul’s impact locally and globally
• Carries in their hearts a concern for the poor and dispossessed

Touching the world is what we’re all about, here’s how you can join us:
